Just ordered the kit five minutes ago! Haven't built anything in 30 years, zero experience of electric! I might try and find a local club that may be able to help is I get stuck, I hope!

Great video and a really useful reference. I see you built the wing panels with oversize carbon tube and then cut the carbon with a saw and I was wondering what type of saw you used.

Thanks, I just used a small hobbysaw with fine tooth to cut it, just be careful of the dust, harmfull stuff 👍

Could you use this glider for slope soaring and what would be the max wind strength it could cope with safely please?!

Sure, I would say very light winds, it's a light airplane.

I am having trouble getting my head around the plastic wing clips. I cannot figure out how it works. Does it actually hold the wing in place or is it just location. Thanks.

They clip around a screw head, snugly, keeping the wing from sliding out
