Thank God I've found this. As a business student I have to admit that sitting home watching a lecture on KZbin somehow helps me absorb knowledge much more efficiently than in class. Or maybe you're just better than my teacher.

@NIG 56 so you are going to be alone in your company? Hiring and training are most important parts of HR so, without it you won't be able to hire correct people, or communucate with them. Like functions of Management. Organizing, planning, directing and controlling

Here's how to make eggs: Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg directly into the pan and season generously with salt and pepper. Continue cooking the egg over medium heat for about three minutes, or until the white is set and slightly crispy around the edges, but the yolk is still quite runny. Thank me later

Actually,HR in one word is like a dough with many fruits embedded in it,the way you design the item accordion the changing economica is the ultimate challenge,as the brittle days are giving rise to brittle mindset in every aspect especially in India leading less employees as lessening demographic dividend and leaving a country with vulnerable brittle unskilled labourial practice. The insight is the mould therapy to the dough, better practice would be overwhelmed.
