Glad to see you back! I found your channel many years ago when I was drumming more regularly. Back in 2017 I dedicated one whole month to LEARNING Subdivisions note for note. I have been able to play along with that one for decades but I always just winged the fills and I never learned the chorus pattern precisely. I did a decent enough job after one month (video on my chan) and went on to my next challenge: Bleed by Meshuggah! 😂I am still learning to crawl that one. I made a scrolling drum transcription of Bleed if you want to check it out on my channel too. Anyways, thanks for returning I look forward to your upcoming content!

Paulie , glad your well. I had a kit when I was 14 for about a year,then quit(felt bad that the rest of my family had to listen to me trying to learn Clive Burr parts).That was almost 40 years ago. Used to watch your videos and think how much they would have helped back then.I have always wanted to get another kit and give it another go.When Neil died it made me think about my limited time left.So last month I bought a couple of cheap drum kits and a became a 55 year old beginner. I've gotta admit I thought I would still be able to play the super basic stuff(breaking the law) that I used to play ,but so far I'm fucking horrible. What your talking about doing on KZbin sounds amazing and once I get up to speed will definitely help. Even if you don't create new content I want to thank you for the inspiring me to give it another shot .
