Hi sir! May I ask kung bakit hindi nag-minus sa OE for the second exercise number 3. "Purchased Supplies in Cash, P 3000", Plus and minus sa asset pero minus din kasi expenses for OE. Bakit di na siya considered?

Good question, Isabella! For prepaid expenses, we have 2 acceptable methods - asset and expense method. Ang inassume natin diyan is asset method. Pero either way, dapat same lang ang end effect sa financial statements. Ididiscuss natin further yan sa succeeding video lessons :)

Hi Paula! Ididiscuss natin sa succeeding videos kung kailan gagamitin yung methods na minention mo. Pero take note na kahit anong method ang gamitin, ang end effect sa financial statements ay same lang din :)
