Is there a community channel where we can ask questions that cannot be found in the tutorials? For instance; i have been looking for a way to simply split audio mic input in low-mid-high to control three OSC sliders?

There's a community of about 3k members on Discord: discord.com/invite/YdTMkvvpZZ Anyway, to control OSC sliders with audio input, simply create an [input] that sends the audio signal to as many [eq] or [biquad] as you need, then take each eq output and send it to [leveltocv] which will convert the audio signal to control signal, adjust/scale the output value if needed, and finally feed the [oscoutput]. Now you are ready to send OSC values wherever you want :)

Does this synth send out simple values to output control voltages from a DC coupled soundcard like pure data can ? Or is it audio only ?

As far as I know, it only sends audio.... Try to reach out to the developer. Maybe he can give you some more information.

@@ewthmatth If your soundcard has DC coupled outputs, it means that it can send voltages to your hardware synths to control them : pitch, gate, filter whatever cv inputs you have. To generate those voltages from your computer, you need to be able to send non oscillating values (DC not AC). In pure data you can do so by simply sending a value between -1 and 1 to the dac object, and it will automatically translate to a voltage. Reaktor or bitwig or the cv tools in Live do that as well. In hardware it would be the equivalent of a Kenton pro solo. I do not want to pay for that, so I am programming my own midi to cv converter in pure data but have trouble with some stuff. Having a ready to go solution like this would be great.

there's a "dcoffset" module in bespoke that you could send to an "output" module. I don't have a dc-coupled audio interface to test it, but I think it should work.

@@awwbees Thank you for answering. Turns out I discovered the else library in PD today, which has everything needed and more and I could finish my project. I will probably give bespoke a try because of the easy integration of ready to go modules that can be patched on the fly.

Bespoke has a much better GUI in my opinion but yes there are similarities between Bespoke and Sunvox because they're both modular synths.

You should firstly tell how to hear music on our earphone with a basic example to prove bespoke is useful.
