I'm a 42 year old woman, and I still enjoy anime, listen to kpop, and play video games. I'm also happily married, financially stable, and comfortable in life. When people question my love for such "adolescent" things, my only response is "I'm older, I'm not dead. What's fun is still fun, regardless of my age." So long as you manage to prioritize and remember to not neglect your life, I don't get the issue. Live life, enjoy life, be happy. Do all these things without screwing over someone else's life, and you've succeeded.

Yes, RM is a great leader and he always has beautiful speeches. He is the heart of BTS and he is also the mastermind behind the essence in BTS lyrics. Without him there is no BTS and we thank him everyday for that. I can't thank you enough for these great reactions. 💜💜💜💜💜😁😁😁

Same here flo. I still have my pokemon cards and im already 28. Got addicted to pokemon go back in 2016 and im not ashamed of it. Just because youre older doesnt mean you have to stop doing things you like when you were younger Also, regarding the NOBODIES TO LEGENDS part 1, it wasnt block on your country. It actually got taken down due to copyright. The part 2 is still up tho. Maybe some armys that have downloaded part 1 can maybe help and send it to you.

The think about most kpop groups is that they dont write their own music and lyrics, its given by other ppl to them and mostly doesnt have much substance. You can just bop to it and thats it. It was amazing to find a group like BTS who actually wrote their own lyrics and music and that talked abt things that actually mattered throughout their music content. Their stories revolved around literature, psychology, mythology, which made us fans dig into new stuff every single time they release new albums. Thats why BTS made those big strides among the other groups even though they had the lowest chance and probablity to shine💜 im so in love with your reactions😘 cant wait for your other uploads😍

Flo, I am a 45 year old woman from the u.s. and I still watch Yu Gi Oh! sometimes esp if my girls are watching it, SA0, Vampire Hunter D, old anime new anime like Attack on Titan...if you're a fan of something, it stays with you. I think it keeps you young, and because of that I can relate to my kids better, at least that is my opinion. I agree with you. I have a 22 year old son as well and we watch anime together, it's fun.

I've been listening to kpop since 2007 and its true they put a lot of emphasis on dance and looks. In my late 20's i see how people would lose interest. Over time, you care less about flashy dance and abs and more about the music. Songs are catchy but that's about it.. they don't stick with you after a while. With BTS their music speaks about them as people, their thoughts, experiences and fears. All of these are relatable irrespective of age. When you read their lyrics, you'll realize i'm not exaggerating when I say they've saved many of our lives. That's why I see such a varied demographic in the ARMY. RM is a great guy, they all are. They don't claim to be perfect, just doing their best and learning in the process.

What a refreshing change from many other reaction videos I have come to detest! For my leaving a piece of my opinion to your reaction speaks itself as it is very rare indeed, since I believe in saying nothing if I couldn’t say anything nice, knowing that I probably won’t be able to hold back whatever scathing opinion I have if comes to that... Now, I explained in plain language just how high my opinion I have of so called reaction videos in general and the people behind all those overly exaggerated reactions that does nothing but turning me off from ever wanting to watch any contents beyond the thumbnail... So, thank you much for your more sedate but honest reactions to the videos you have shared so far. Just to let you know, I honestly haven’t realized until yours to see what it was putting me off from all these other reaction videos that I have watched and never to watch again... Anyway, so far I also noticed that your observation on BTS and the individual member that makes the group whole is right on the dot, and its coming off as quite accurate assessment of what makes BTS unique, given how young you actually are... I've been an ARMY for the past 6 months because of Namjoon aka RM. He was the first member that took me by surprise because he's no ordinary idol. He is one of smartest lyric masterminds in the kpop industry in my opinion. I always think the same with Suga as he is my biased rapper out of the rapline but damn do I appreciate how much of his soul is put into the songs he makes. I hold the MONO album close to my heart. I'm only 21, soon 22 so I'm not that old, but for the longest of time I was kind of embarassed to say that I listen to kpop or that I watch anime and other things like that. It isn't until recently that I stopped caring so much about what other people thought about me and after I realised that I'm not the one at fault if people judge me for doing the things I love. To the outside world, the general public as you said, kpop can be seen as nothing more than a pre-teen thing due to the flashy music videos, elaborate stage performances and such. But really it's so much more. Like many people, BTS' lyrics saved me through many hard times and I wouldn't be here, smiling and loving myself the way I do if they hadn't indirectly pushed me to do so with their lyrics. To other people, it might seem outrageous or shallow to say that a 'kpop group saved me,' but it really is true. Doing what you like has no age, as you said. As long as you're able to live a happy life and don't let it consume you, I don't see why it would be a problem.

I was a Japanese idol fans when I was 15, back then K-pop wasn't even a big thing. But the darkness of idol world, like commercial packaging factory line exploit underage kids, and toss them when they were no longer useable. That made me decided not to support that culture. K-pop world import the good and bad part from jp idol, and made it even more brutal, I never thought I will fall for a K-pop group in my age(35) now. But BTS is different. They not just do what they been told, they really part of the making process. I believe they really telling their stories, not just random nice words put together. I can hear real things and emotion from their songs, and that's real music. I do think people can grow out from things, lots of stuff I like in my 20s, now rewatch it, it's not as good as I remember, or it could have some problematic stuff in there I didn't notice when I was younger. But, you can also learn to love things you might not understand when you're kids. Like when I was a kid I hate South Park, I thought that was so rude and filthy. But I rewatched several years ago, I can finally understand the wise and deeper meaning under the sarcasm. When I was 19, I thought I never gonna change too. But change is never mean get rid of old you, can be improvement. I rewatch things I love from the pass every once awhile to see if I changed. Though it could be sad sometimes to find out what I used to love so much doesn't raise the same feeling anymore. But people do change. On the other hand, dont worry if you still love the same thing when you're older, while all your friends already move on to other things. It's also fine if you don't change. Grow as the way you like, just be a decent human being and nice to people, enjoy your life. Then no one should have the right to judge you.

In korea idols actually are considered just good looking and good dancers and focus on performance but not really credited enough for music, then there's another group where their are idols who have meaningful l lyrics and etc, and the sad part is there are barely any idols that do talk about issues or impacting lyrics.But bts broke that stereotype or rule or whatever they call it because they proved that they are idols who can focus on performance and are that very rare group who want to focus on helping people through music and talking about issues that need to change and could possibly get them in trouble for talking about it. And they also have actual good music that's credited and that they write and produce. Also the age thing just gets me mad cause there are so many older people that love Kpop and what I find bts's fandom beautiful is that it's made up of all races, religions, gender and AGES.

I just remembered rm's part in idol 'can call me artist, can call me idol...' they've been criticized by some artists questioning about being them or they being an idol. They don't listen to their explanation about them being an idol and at the same time a hiphop. Like dude if you're an interviewer finish their statement don't need to cut them off. So rude.
