Can this sandbox will be good to clear the exam 280 openshift ?Please advise

Not really. As the sandbox is limited with 2 projects and many other restrictions in place. You can use it but we highly recommend to get the official Red Hat lab for that.

I had taken paid training from RedHat OpenShift Administration DO280 and pre-paring for certifications.... any tips pls

Thats good. Not sure, what you meant by tips ? the course and the labs are more than enough to pass the EX280 exam. do the labs many times as possible :)
