However, you’re supposed to blur out the CVV numbers at the back of the card and the card number at the front, save the last four digits. Also the passport is the only form of identification that is internationally recognized and that’s why most of these platforms require you to verify your identity by submitting a photo of your passport. It’s all in line with international law and protocol against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
