why in 14:24 ,its saying efficiency falls with increasing P ? if processor increase normally efficiency increase; why it says reverse?

generally programs are divided in two ways parallel programming structure( graphs, trees) and serial programming structure ( arrays, linked list etc ) , so in case of this scenario Amdahl's Law comes in picture . Just check Amdahl's Law you will get it.
