Gil, I have really benefitted from your videos so far. Thank you. I wanted an intro into Insight Meditation before linking up with my local group and found your videos. Your approach to mindfulness has really hit the mark for me, especially the acknowledgements you make of common challenges we have with meditating as beginners. Thank you!

I am just loving these meditations thank you for them. I am wanting to do the raft meditation of emotions you spoke about but am not able to find them anywhere, can you guide me to them ?!

Recognize. Allow emotional life. Feel the physical aspect of the emotions. T = notice your attitude Toward the emotion.
