Nice - hope your enjoying it! if I could do it all over again, I would’ve skipped stg 2 and go w/ K04. *Those 034 engine/tranny mounts won’t hold up to 300+ lb ft torque - Their as good as stock. I have a 2013 sport plus (brown metallic pearl) w/ HPA hybrid K04, APR K04 tune, go fast bits DV+, K&N CAI, S3 intercooler, BFI engine/tranny mounts (street), 034 pendulum mount solid bushings, torque solutions pendulum dogbone, Tyrolsport subframe front collars, custom 200 cell turbo back exhaust, resonator delete w/stock muffler (as it keeps the sound or pops to a minimal). I recommend an oil catch can as the PCV oil separator valve will clog with higher boost.

Hi, I know this is three years later but I have a question. I have an '09 CC with a 'CTS Turbo' CAI. I was looking into the Go Fast Bits DV, and im wondering if you remember it popping an error code for you/causing issues with your MAF? and secondly, did you feel an increase in boost?

No popping or check engine codes related to DV+. The Fastbit DV+ is more durable than stock DV and decrease the chance of boost leaking. It doesn’t give you more hp but holds boost far better than stock! You absolutely feel the difference. I still have VW CC.

@@kpenn5513 Thank you, The only thing stopping me from purchasing it was the fear of it causing an error with my MAF, which id read some BOV/DVs can cause. Ill be ordering it today, much appreciated.

I have 2012 cc sport that I recently upgraded to K04 turbocharger, CTS turbo 3" downpipe, injien CAI, and timing chain.... Only thing im waiting to do is add Stage 2 tune... I can't wait but ill be following you and your progress in the meantime.

M Murray, I presume your talking about unitronic stg 2 tune. If yes, skip that and go w/ stg2+ or APR K04 tune. I’ve tried and tested almost every upgrade you can bolt on to our CC’s just for self knowledge of the platform. In the long run you’ll save money and can spend it on other go fast parts.

K Penn hey I have a 2011 cc that I plan to build but all I bought so far is a cai and it has a weird whistle/ drone noise at wot, I can’t figure out what is causing the noise, do u know what it could b, I’ve seen somebody post a video and ask for help but they got no response

Do you recommend going with this build? Not looking for over the top big power or going with k04. Do you recommend all the parts/brands in this list? That cts turbo outlet pipe could be used with stock turbo I’m sure. I saw you went with a kompact plumb back DV. Any other adjustments ?

I wouldn’t even consider this a build. Honestly wouldn’t waste my time with apr or even stage 2 tune. K04 isnt even near over the top in power engines can handle 500whp stock block so k04 not even a scratch in reliability.

Love the CC. I’ve got a 2010 cc stage 1 atm. I was wondering if you were concerned with the factory prone timing chain tensioner failing? Or if you already had it replaced?

George, it depends on your mileage of course. If your pass 100k miles w/ your CC 2.0t then consider doing timing component maintenance. I have a 2013 CC APR K04 w/ 85kmi and have tested almost every upgrade you can bolt on.

It’s probably been awhile so what’s all done I like how it sounds and planing on going stage 2 but what’s done to your exhaust straight piped? I don’t think I’ll pass smog here in Oregon if I straight pipe i dont know much about what you can or can not do to your exhaust but a shop told me I can’t when I went to go get a quote to go stage 2 and for them to do a straight pipe got quoted $1200 with the downpipe installed and for them to flash the tune

car is k04 now much much faster. Im Catless downpipe full straight pipe i passed smog twice already no issues with IE and APR

@@LostSolez- because its trash, in the 4 years ive been doing this every unitronic tuned car I know for this platform has been nothing but problems and also the least powerful tune out there. Many people sold their cars or switched tunes
