I did the test and got type 3. Then got here and the first thing he says : "they are a weird animal" yep that sounds like me X,D

as ppl get older they should all get into this type 3 style , fewer effective exercises get in get it done and get out enjoy other aspect of life not like young ppl want to try and discover things, also type 3 style helps to prevent injury which is big as you get old , you don't want to waste yourself with weights that gets you all kinds of injuries you wanna do it life long

Just did the test, type 3 1st was 8% higher than the 2nd one/rest on the test (2nd to last pretty similar). Very helpful video, cannot wait to start new program and micro adjust along weeks/months.

Very interesting series. But he only mentioned the Neurotypes in relation to Weightlifting/Bodybuilding. I feel Type 2B is the closest to me, but genetically i am defiantly a cardio/marathon runner kind of guy. High metabolism, hard to build muscle, good endurance ect. But based on those Types i feel Number 2B fits the most for me. Any one else who feels this way?

Lot of things could be factor in. Because i had past experience with various training program, i feel type 3 in general might be closer for me but type 2B training wise and depending on energy level etc

I'm definitely a type 3 in life but in the gym I'm a 1A/2B, maybe because I've been lifting regularly for over a decade now. I do powerbuilding so I start with 1A and then move to 2B, I have no explosiveness.

I'm Type 3, and I tried intermitent fasting for the autophagy and rejuvenating benefits. But i lost muscle and I couldnt lift the same weights as usual. Like i lost strenght too. :(
