Sir which book can we study for materia Medica

Depends about the content you are looking at, for students and practitioners it will vary. You can refer source books written by Dr Kent, Dr EA Farrington, Dr Allens etc. Vijaykar sir also has written many beautiful books on Homoeopathy. Based on your interest you can also check Prof Withoulkas and Dr Shankarans books if you are a practitioner

Generally phos is tall, if the patient is short and has symptoms of Phos you can think of a salt of Phos like Baryta Phos, Calc Phos or Ph Acid
