Oh Thank Heaven if there is ONE! Someone finally looks at the little details which matter. I have been looking for answers up and down. I find that most people do not know or impose that they do not know when they do. Knowledge is power and I'm glad to see and hear. Follow his hand gestures and body language. Finally, I can see clearly from what I understood before. This coming from someone who is a prisoner from mishaps of Life. But feeling society's sentence burn him and effect his life!

It is possible to imagine a society that is bureaucratic and not hierarchical. Every office has it's mandates, but none can outweigh any other. I think the lesson from the 20th into the 21st century is that the combination of market and state has become much more influential than any other bureaucracy.

"his understanding is off" is never considered a cogent criticism, as far as I am aware. If you don't have the space to give the counter-argument for understanding, then don't bother with this one.
