if I have to save the grayscale selected rectangle area into .tif format, how I am gonna do that? any idea? Maybe my question is wrong, (I am very new to this stuff that's why).

is it possible to generate a 3d model using gee? for example if i want to extract some indexes, and demonstrate them on a 3d model. what would the solution be? thank you

Use the Inspector tool to look at the range of values in your image. For Landsat 8 TOA, 0-0.3 or 0-0.4 is often suitable.
