From my account I agree with sextus. In conjunction with appearances which is external stimuli through sense-perception. It's possible that impressions are added to this. The impression is the abstract thought or thought process formed from the sense-perception (appearance). If, perhaps, to a pyrrhonist the idea of holding a dogmatic belief (judgement) causes suffering. I get the impression that a pyrrhonist would also employ a pragmatic point of view and a perspectivist point of view. So, maybe, Pyrrhonism makes room for Relativists, Rhetoricians, Social Constructionists, and Perspectivists as long as they are not making judgements and holding onto dogmatic beliefs.
