I am entirely a layman simply fascinated by the research. I just wanted to say, it would be really interesting to see more (any?) NDM research performed focused on the “novice” or otherwise inexperienced decision-marker (in contrast to the usual focus on “experts”, treating novices like a bit of an afterthought). How can the novice best utilize NDM (prior to getting the training and experience to become an expert)? Does NDM only have utility for experienced people and the inexperienced must simply default to simple heuristics or similar?
