Introverts AREN'T Special (Rant)

Watch the vid before getting all riled up lol, I think this is fair. Just a reminder (in case you missed the many hints throughout the video), I do not dislike introverts. I just think the "introvert meme culture" is stupid.

Yes, I am SO annoyed at how EVERYONE now seems to be like “Man, I’m always tired, I’m skinny, awkward, sad, depressed, out of shape, and antisocial”, because then those people aren’t appreciating the good things in life. There’s already a enough bad attitude in the world, so why contribute to it.

I am tired of people saying shit like "this guy is so silent" "he must be a very soft person" or when they feel like I have some sort of..."depression" or some life problems when i sleep suddenly in my classroom.I just don't wanna show my cringeass behaviour.

Now people act like hating other people for being people is being introvert and it's cool. And it's surprising that most people are not introverts but when you ask on social media almost everyone is introvert with anxiety (I know that having anxiety and being introvert are different things but still people say that they are both).

First: love this little cartoon version of yourself! If you are ok with it, you should try incorporating him in more of your videos! (Especially your transformers toy reviews, or toy reviews in general!) Second: as a semi-introvert, I admit the whole “uwu I’m quirky and lack social skills and I’m sooo hashtag relatable, OwO!” thing is, or at least can be very very VERY annoying! It’s one thing to be accepting, understanding, and even empathize with people who are not as open, or have some kind of disability, or something like that. But trying to overly capitalize on it, even if it’s something true about yourself specifically, more often than not just gets very annoying, and can cause more harm than good, as it could make people think that all introverts are like this! And even if some are, it still can make things worse for them!

The fact that they try to be victims all the time annoy me so much they pretend the whole world is out to get them and the extroverts are their mortal enemy. Look everyone gets tired everyone have their low days but before being an introvert became trendy people usually tried to resolve those issues by doing therapy or going outside and do activities. Im honestly a very broke and lonely extrovert i want go out and party i want to hang out with people but everyone and their moms are introverted now

5:25 idk my dude, that came off as extremely non empathetic. Calling them “lazy” and saying they “just don’t want to change themselves” isn’t going to help anyone, in fact it’s pretty invalidating to hear stuff like that. People like this need to feel related to in order to get back on their feet (I absolutely did). While I also kind of find the repetitive nature of the type of content you’re covering annoying, some of these people need real help, and saying stuff like “the ones who end up like this are sad” isn’t really what they want (or need) to hear. It just seems like such a disproportionately negative thing to say about the person who made the meme. EDIT: I should also state that these people tagging their stuff with “introvert” is pretty bad as well, so I get where you’re coming from.
