He has taken multiple hits that pulverized hills, survived an explosion that shattered a cliff ridge , blasted with a weapon able to raze a hole through a mountain, hit with rocks the size of cars, sliced with a sword the size of a train car, taken punches that broke whole building segments, and brought down a 250m tall insanely armored robot, only to stay alive and just gtfo.

That's not unusual in the slightest, since by definition an indie game means it's made by either a very small group of people or one person; the developer(s) generally don't have any real financial backing from any publishers as well as any other outside source. Of course that doesn't detract from it being impressive, in terms of gameplay there are plenty of indie games that outstrip a lot of newer games made by huge studios; these indie games don't have to stop at just being better at gameplay, of course. I think the fact that indie games always have a lot of potential is because since there isn't like a board of directors or publishers trying to sway a small developer from the shadows, there doesn't ever have to be room for clashing ideas and consistency problems. My personal all-time favorite indie game is Starsector, I think it's basically a superior version of *Space Pirates and Zombies.* Anyone who likes those kinds of games will have an absolute blast with Starsector, everyone who likes indie games should check Starsector out, for sure.

Honestly I greatly appreciate Intrusion 2 just because it's sort of the perfect in between, an example of the bridge from like Flash devs making stuff on websites like Newgrounds and Kongregate to transitioning to full on indie devs. That and this game was basically /just/ the M.A.C.E fight. Like you can tell that was someone's power fantasy idea they had, particularly the whole sequence where you're being jostled around in the building, and they were just like 'Yeah. That's the start of it.' and everything else was made from that point.

For anyone interested: M.A.C.E basically predicted Moon Lord's design from Terraria. Context:there is a fan wiki dedicated for fanon ideas and speculations. One of pages was dedicated for New(back then) final boss of 1.3. Some added their ideas (the one even went nütz and came up with event after which you have to fly to the moon, and then fall straight into hole to the core. Which, apparently, happen to be C'thulu himself). And then... Domeone draw M.A.C.E at the background of Terraria world. I hope he's happy now, knowing he predicted the future Edit:Forum's russian, and furthermore, long and ulready closed. But with google translator, you can find some lulz.
