Great video! Ever since you uploaded this video, a lot of the lifts have either been replaced or modernized as the Metrocentre is currently going through a refurbishment, here's a list of updates on all of the lifts: 0:12 - This lift keeps on breaking down and is in a really poor state, This lift will most likely be modernized/replaced at some point. 1:01 - This lift has sadly been replaced with an Otis Gen2, but it now has intelligent leveling and a rear door! 2:21 - This lift was replaced with an Otis Gen2 back in late 2016. 3:07 - This lift kept on breaking down, but they still kept it and now has intelligent leveling! It also has a new (but really cheap and crap) voice. 5:30 - Next had moved their store near where the blue mall village is, and the lift shown in this video has been abandoned and will most likely be modernized when a new retailer moves into the shop. The new Next store now has 2 really cheap and nasty generics. 9:47 - This lift hadn't even lasted 10 years and has already been modernized! The lift was modded by Schindler back in April 2018. 12:46 - This lift got modernized by a generic Pickerings back in early 2017. This is an update on all of the modded lifts so far, I will put any updates down below this comment if another lift gets replaced or modernized

It's the glass lift just outside of Primark.

The lifts in Primark got the voice removed and now a bit slower

The second gen ecodisc outside of LEGO now has the buttons fixed now it is G, 1 but the indicator says 1, 2

There was a Metrocentre in Newcastle with an old lift with an Ecomod which was glass. Sadly, that building was converted into Tkmaxx and Sports Direct resulting in the lift being removed.

Also, if I remember rightly, the lifts at Durham station are Oakland Excelsior, although I could be wrong.
