I think the reasons why is that it is both a fun game, and that language is not much of a barrier to enjoying the playthrough. So they get an enjoyable game and an experience that all of their fans can enjoy.

Not to mention, it's easy to play. Whether one wants to 100% it or just do a hour and a half/2 hours stream on it, all you have to do is click options and watch the scene unfold. Language barrier aside, it's actually a pretty streaming-friendly game.

I believe there were just 4 people working on this game, with extra music commissioned to other artists. PuffballsUnited was the main artist, only male VA, scenario writer and he also did some music. Fortebass was the only programmer for the whole game, not sure if he did something besides that, but being the lone programmer is pretty tough. Amy, not sure what username she goes by, was tasked with helping puffballs with the art. And finally, Reese I think is her name, which I believe is puffball's sister, who is the female VA. They worked on this along side among us, Henry starting development in the same year among us was released, so they've been working on these two side by side. So yeah, really impressive that this game was made with such a small team.

@@SeinenNinja I am aware, though the originals still had the same people working on it. Even less, actually, since Amy wasn't part of it for the flash games. And just because they're originally flash animations, doesn't mean they didn't have any work to do. All art was redrawn, new music had to be made for copyright reasons, breaking the bank in general was remade from the ground up, etc. Not to mention, the bulk of the work was for completing the mission, as it's bigger than all other ones by a big margin.
