Old Pre-Clone Wars TV series Legends Lore is that Mandalore is a jungle, much like the map in this game, and that it's still a pretty thriving and liveable world, that it still has a perfectly liveable biosphere. But in the Clone Wars TV series, they decided Mandalore was a nuclear wasteland where the only cities are in sheltered bubbles. This was a significant point of contention and continuity snarl for Legends, among other changes they made to Mandolorians in those episodes, but is unambiguously the case in current canon.

To be honest the Black Sun hasn't made any big moves and with mandalore captured that is game. Fondor is spamming fighters, at minimum building a battle cruiser once in a while. I think you should call it and start the new version playing as the empire. For your intros play different perspectives of the imperial military from a recruit to a fresh lieutenant to the right hand of the emperor instead of one continuous perspective .

(This is just a notice of the stucture of the Hand Infantry. Standard Infantry: They wear light armor, with only a sing chest plate. For helmets they wear either Imperial caps, Imperial Caps With Metal around it, or navy trooper helmets. They carry E-11 and E-22s as standard blasters, with the DLT-19 as heavy weaponry. So also use the Sniper version of the DLT-19. They also make use of rocket launchers, and light mobile cannons, and shields with Ray shields in them for extra protection. What they lack in armor they make up for in mobility. They are the back bone of the Hand Army. Experience Infantry: Troops that have served on battlefields. They use a reinforced version of standard GE army troops They have the same weapons as Standard infantry. They aren’t as mobile, but are more experienced. Most of them currently come from the Yuuzhan Vong war, the Zakuul civil war, or the Hand raids on the Tingel arm. They will probably come more common during the War, especially from soldiers longer in the fight. (This is like WW1 German Stormtroopers Stormtroopers: Hand Stormtroopers were the same armor as Imperial Tank Troopers. They carry E11Ds, and the heavy blaster and sniper versions of the DLT-19s, as well as Rocket launchers, shields, and light cannons. They are well trained, especially in offensive actions. Scout troopers: They wear the same armor as Imperial Scout Troopers, but actually us camouflage. They carry E-11s, E-22s, Light Pistols, or DLT-19 Sniper rifles. They use speeder bikes to watch enemy movements. Hand Police: They were Blue Tunics with navy trooper helmets. They carry E-11s and E-22s, but mostly light blasters (the ones used by rebel infantry). They make use of flash speeders and clone speeders for transportation. Hand Militia: Citizens that have taken up arms. They carry light blaster pistols, heavy blaster pistols, and blasters used before and during the clone wars, as well as those used by rebels and anything they find on the battle field, same for their armor.)

In the new update there are quite a few changes for the rebel’s campaign. They nerfed AA turrets and some ships don’t have the punch they used to making ground defence a more costly process p. They have added some really cool new buildings for generating money. The new quest system is quite enjoyable however the prototype missions can bug out a little and refuse to register even if you have the money and hero’s required. The black suns have been given a new turret that is an indirect fire grenade launcher that can fire practically across the map, this has made fighting them very difficult as the turret has the effectiveness of the Old AA rocket turret on steroids. Juno eclipse has had some major upgrades and is now able to easily take down a level1-3 station from range without being shot from the station itself. The new empire AI really likes scout bikes and will throw stacks of 15+ at you along with small numbers of infantryman large formations of medium walkers like atst and atdp. There are new vehicles however I have yet to use them. Finally the update has messed with deployment zones a little bit and initial landings do not always spawn you on a reinforcement point. This can be quite useful for defence as the enemy can’t reinforce its first spawned infantry on some maps letting you cut them down before they have a chance to land more troops.

ThundermanJo e I have not played as the empire so I have no idea. The black suns turrets not high damage but the range is ludicrous getting shot from the other side of the map is bs. Empires AA work against air targets, I lost 2 X wing/z 95 squads to them on accident. Also I’ve had the prototype mission work a few times for light assault frigates and the other dreadnoughts. I think it might be bugged that you actually need that level of space tech. I don’t know, I just know it doesn’t work when it offered you k wings.

Marauder Cruisers (Corvettes) are extremely OP from absurd range as long as they have sensor range. They operate especially well in large battlegroups with 1-2 Larger frontline ships to tank damage while they sit in the back and bombard the everloving *hecc* out of anything in their way.

Now that we've taken Mandalore Commander, we must keep in mind not only about Black Sun retaliation, but also the pesky Hapes making more surprise attacks against our unprotected regions. Also, reports from Manaan say about that one Pirate frigate in the fleet. Although not as efficient, their vessel could be useful as a reserve support ship.

My advice now since your no longer the Rebellion and now the new republic, time to organise your navy “Commander”, my go to is 2-3 cap ships (one of which should generally be a capital /heavy carrier ship), 3-5 supporting cruisers (for rebellion I recommend 2bulks, 2assault frigates and a mc60), 1 carrier, 5-7 corvette/frigates (generally 2 nebulons, 1corona and 4 corvettes of choice) and 10-15 fighter squadrons (usually a mix of 10 star fighters and 5 bombers) (odds are that this late in the game unless your attacking a T5 station with or even without a fleet attached to it, a fleet like this is just the right balance of anti capital to anti fighter and gives you a great chance to launch multiple attacks and claim large swabs of territory and it means you can invest in only building ships you know you need)

With the criminal elements main support removed Mandalore will reassert itself. Even if there warriors here who won't support you, my men and I will stand with you. The Empire may be on the back foot but the Suns are more than prepared to hit you when you're down. I recommend taking Bakura, I heard you have some Pilots down there, also taking Thyferra and Fondor should clear the Sun's most potent vessels from space combat. I really enjoy this series. Everytime I try as the rebellion I get ganged up on and can never get a fleet established and lose soo many planets lol. Probably does not help that I suck at this game and lose nearly every single space battle XD even the ones I should probably of won easily. Shack, you lost that fighter battle because your fighters are outdated!! Build E wings and K wings! The E wings are what can stand up to their fighters and are your best air superiority fighter. At one point in the video you can see them take out a wing of those almost unkillable Supa fighter in about 8 seconds

NEVER USE ATTACK MOVE WHILE FIGHTERS ARE IN COMBAT when you use the attack move command on fighters that are in an engagement, they'll drop what they're doing to get in formation with the fleet. In your case, you had those a-wings fighting a swarm of black sun fighters, once you gave them the attack move order they stopped fighting and flew away in a straight line making them easy targets for the enemy fighters

He grabbed his lightsaber and clipped it to his belt, then grabbed any ammunition he still had in his apartment before marching out into the streets and sending out the signal flare to the rebellious Mandalorian civilians. Many came, though not many of them were from the major clans of the planet there were many humbly dressed civilians wielding blaster carbines from the Clone Wars and pistols from even further back. Thoughts of Naboo came to Darren's mind as he looked out at the army that had gathered, he had to say something.* "Mandalorians, though I am not one of you I must say that no more shall your people have to stand for the oppression of the Black Sun. No more will there be those forced into servitude, murders in the streets, theft of the credits you have all earned through your culture. I say to you, my friends, that taking up arms is all that can be done against such a heinous threat to your world! Come, fight with the New Republic to free your world and grant yourselves independence!" *A roaring cheer came from the crowd as Darren nodded. Civilians followed him through the streets of Keldabe gunning down Black Sun Enforcers, many fell under the firepower of a small army in the streets while some of the rebelling forces were cut down. Darren kept his eye on the scope as he marched down the street and gunned down as many of the Black Sun as he could. He took no trophies, the only thing he sought was the death of the slavers and murderers that likely were the same that held his home. As New Republic reinforcements arrived with their T4B tanks to bring down hell on the Black Sun, Darren rushed to the main line finding a commander in the fields.* "Agent Darren Shel reporting in, do not shoot the civilians. They mean no harm!" "Of course they mean no harm, they're helping us." *Darren looked into the crowd and saw the same rioters that had attacked the streets aiding the New Republic. He was confused, the Ordo Riots had been so against the Black Sun and other governing powers yet here they were. He couldn't dwell on the thought long as something called to him. Pain, suffering, burning, death, it had all come at once toward the Jedi padawan from a long distance away. His grip on his pistol shifted a bit as he holstered it and felt the presence deep in the forests of Mandalore. Clan Ralax's village...they were in danger.* "Commander, I need to borrow a speeder." "We have extras. What's the situ-" "No time to explain!" *Darren was gone in a few moments, sitting on a repurposed civilian speeder and gunning it for the village of Clan Ralax.* *Meanwhile...Cassus Ordo stood and watched as the members of Clan Ralax were cut down by imperial gunfire. He had personally killed several with the darksaber, and as he marched through the village ensuring that there were no watchers or survivors he made his way to the largest structure. On a pedestal inside was a mask that had belonged to his family, the mask of Mandalore the Preserver. Finally, the relic that would at long last prove his place as Mandalore was his and he donned it taking a deep breath of fresh air. The fighting had died down by now, and as he marched out of the structure he looked to a black armored commando.* "Burn the village, ensure no survivors. Ensure that there is no way for us to be traced." "Yes, Mandalore." *Suddenly from the shadows came two Mandalorians wearing the armor of the time, Ralax's stealth field generator wearing soldiers. Cassus reached a hand up and soon even those who were hidden became revealed, grasping at their throats as they were choked and suddenly blasted with Sith Lightning. Ordo took a breath.* "Burn the bodies." *When Darren had arrived at Ralax's village, it was burning. Homes, shops, tents, they all burned in a blazing fire. Even bodies were burning, men and women that had stood up against whoever the attackers were had fallen. Footsteps came from the forest, and soon a man that Darren had never seen before stood in front of him wearing the mask of Mandalore and the armor of Mandalore the Preserver. His lightsaber was drawn and he stared at the Mandalorian.* "I was told you would come, boy." The man spoke, his voice echoing in the helmet and into the forest. "You did this?" "I did...and I am securing my place on Mandalore by doing so. Clan Ralax was nothing but thieving smugglers and weak willed warriors, they would not make it in the age that is to come for Mandalore. This liberation is the dawn of a new era, but it is not one that needs the New Republic." "I won't let you get away with this." Darren brought his saber out, the blue blade extended from the emitter, "Innocent people died here, I will not let you leave." "Then stop me." The man spoke clearly, drawing a weapon of his own. The black blade extended as he took up a stance familiar to Darren. *There was no time to think, Darren clashed his blade against Cassus's and their battle began. Blocks and parries were fast and counterattacks were faster, Darren was severely outmatched as Cassus struck with mighty blows. Shel tried to stand his ground, and he spun his blade to bring it forward only to have it blocked and slashed to the side by the darksaber. An overhead strike was blocked by Cassus as he kicked at Darren's shin bringing him down to a knee and almost striking him down had he not rolled out of the way at the last second. Cleaving strikes were blocked and dodged by Darren, he favored quick movements to outrun the strong strikes. Blue flashes mixed with blackish-white flares, the silence in the forest was quelled by their striking and within a few minutes Darren was kicked back. He took a moment to bring his guard back up, blocking an oncoming strike but too late did he realize that it was a ploy. A strike moving his blade to the right had left him open and Cassus brought his own saber up to cut Darren's arm off from the elbow down. Pain shocked through Darren as he dropped to the ground, it was only intensified by sudden bursts of force lightning on his shuddering body. There was only one escape, Darren's vision faded to black. The last thing he heard would be that Lord Shel would be pleased.* *Hours would pass after the victory on Mandalore when Darren would be found by a search party with the Liberation still in orbit. It would take longer to bring him from the surface to the Liberation's medbay. Several days passed, and suddenly Darren was awake sitting alone in the medbay being tended to by a T1-B medical droid. A stump left for an arm, he stared at it for a few moments. Cassus Ordo had cut off his left arm and all that remained was the bicep leading to the shoulder.* "Agent Shel, you're awake. You were in critical condition for quite some time, luckily it was nothing that bacta and some days of rest couldn't fix." Chimed the droid, he looked at Darren who was still shocked by his arm, "A replacement order has been put in, it will arrive soon. I am very sorry." T1-B's voice was soothing to say the least, but Darren sat in silence. He had failed Mandalore, he had failed Clan Ralax, and now Mandalore was liberated...but at what cost? And was Lord Shel who he thought he was? He was left with far more questions than answers. (Special thanks to Night for the permissions when it came to Clan Ralax, finally the Mandalore arc is over. Everytime i see force users fighting each other, invariably one of them rips a support beam out of the floor and throws it. Surely that's bad for buildings.

You can probably nab Bilbringi with a stealth unit. If you get Bilbringi and Borleas, then you've copmletely closed off the Core to any sort of assaults.

Try getting the t2bs to round out your forces with light armor, they shred stormtroopers and can hold their own vs atsts

Shack I know you are not a huge on micromanage, but you are losing a lot of damage potential with your bombers. You can take out those plasma burst satellites and stations quicker and with less losses if you divide the fighters/bombers attacking the stations and tell them to attack different subsystems. If they all fire their torpedoes at one target, the damage doesn't transfer to another subsystem. You just end up with wasted torpedoes detonating on a missing subsystem. 8 y-wing squadrons do the same damage as 2 or 3 if they all attack the same subsystem at once.

The reason you had that glitch with the Battle of Mandalor was because you brought in too many ships and the game could not fit all of the units in the box so it picked the next best thing i guess

I say switch to the next campaign ; this one is pretty much finish, and taking all the remaining black sun planet will be a pain in the ass because of the plasma burst canon and figther spam
