In my opinion, Greyview is one of the best Metalcore albums of all time. Not only did they set a standard for musical complexity within the Metalcore genre, the emotional and dark lyrics that take you through the album directly coincide with melodies and breakdowns. It is an absolute marvel within the genre and the band should be extremely proud to have put out such a landmark masterpiece. Your fans - and the metal world - have heard you, and we hope there will be more art to come.

You guys need to realize your sound is one of the most unique in the whole genre and the fans see that. I got to see you guys for my first and so far only time when you came through to Santa Cruz with Oceans Ate Alaska right before Ben left. The power for the block the venue was on was out, so we all waited around for an hour before it just became a meet and greet and we started going home. During that time I met a guy named Jonah who was going to school there and played bass (I play guitar). We got on pretty well so we exchanged numbers to jam later and said our goodbyes. I got 10 minutes down the road before I got some frantic texts from Jonah telling me the power had returned and the show was back on. Barely anyone was in the crowd cause they’d all gone home but that was my favorite show of all time and I’ll never forget it. Jonah became the bassist in my band and we are great friends to this day. Love you guys and thanks for the memories.

Reminds me of a show I went to. Suicide silence back when Mitch was alive. After the show eveyone went home and litterally an hour later. They came back on stake and there was about 15 of us left. We all got on stage and had a rap battle. It was the coolest shit ever man. So cool

It's weird hearing they had so much apprehension about this album and the new vocalist; as an outsider, Marcus fits right in and the album takes what they were doing to the next level. How could anybody be a fan of the band (or this type of music generally) and not see that? I still listen to this album pretty regularly. I almost fell out of my chair when the guitarist said he was 22.

Hearing that these guys are 22-25... What??? I met Trey at the last show I went to before Covid - on the Trilogy tour. I'm 27, and I wouldn't have guessed he was younger than me, just because he seems like such a pro and such a veteran. And to hear him talking about the pressure of making it happen... I've been trying to get my no-name band off the ground for 15+ years. I'd be pretty proud if I was able to have even just one album of the caliber that Invent Animate puts albums out at. Yeah, it does sound like the grass isn't that much greener on the other side, but still... At least y'all have 3 albums of incredible music that have touched a lot of lives. Hopefully there will be many more.
