The WiFi Antenna has nothing to do with the Earphone Jack of the Smartphone. You can only use this Antenna as an FM Radio Antenna if your Phone has an FM Radio 📻

I remember doing something like this similar to a nokia (yes a nokia with buttons but it's a 2018 model) so I can listen to the radio without bothering to wear headphones for signal and it worked like magic.

I have no knowledge about this but i guess the used of plugging the antenna to the headset port is just to get enough current to activate its purpose but this does not mean that it can help boost the signal permanently because it has a potential that can cause short circuit to headset port if prolong insert to your phone.

Your are either to young or to old. The tx power is the limit because of emc compliant products. A better antenna will in best case give better reception but will not amplify the emitionss

it gets disabled since the phone connects with the headphone jack the phone will automatically disables it's speakers and it will focus on the headphone so it wont work
