The incoming and outgoing stocks are planned stocks in and out. When a Purchase order is confirmed, 'stock in' will be updated, and upon confirming a sales order 'stock out' will update

To add opening stock to different warehouses, enable the Storage Location option from the settings of the Inventory module, Afterwards, create locations for your warehouse and select specific locations while adding opening stock to the system for different warehouse locations.
