A hugely under rated game, needs reviving and a new version out. A 'Gears of War clone' for sure. But that's not exactly a bad thing.. Contains one of the best plot twists ever in a computer game.

Yeah I had enough from dying over and over that I just switch to Easy difficulty only for "Slave Driver" Bosses.

@@ЪУЪ-ф1о he went by the map and never upgraded his Gravlink with the modules that are laid around the parking lot. there was a few easter eggs he missed that upgrade his stuff that's why he had a hard time facing the fat guy because his Gravlink wasn't at its full potential.

Haha I remember this game lol. It literally just popped up in my head now but I did not remember the name of it so I did a quick search for it and voila 🤑!!! Haha! Here I am now ready to watch the walkthrough again! I remember loving the game at first but then midway I quit because of your dumb partner AI not being affective enough lol! Then ended up watching the rest of the gameplay online! I forgot all about it though. Anyhow.....can't wait to rewatch everything again 😜

The only thing I wish was different about this remarkable game was that it insisted on following the in-trend back then of "everything must be washed out sepia tones" - as a result, 2 many of these sorts of games ended up looking exactly alike (& sometimes I think that threw some of those game critics off, like they were feeling they were all alike or something). 2 bad it didn't have a bit more unique pizzazz 2 the art direction 2 differentiate it, then maybe it wouldn't have ended up so half-forgotten. :/

Never say that again about this game, i personally think that yeah some mechanics is familliar to gow but this game was a one time thing with a good story while gow has around 5 games now. This game also has unique gameplay mechanics that gears don’t so it’s not a fair comparison in my opinion.

@@garryson856 This is clearly heavily inspired by GOW. It's not just a few mechanics, it's the core gameplay itself, the look and the feel (albeit clunkier). Not that there's anything wrong with that, being a fan of those games. The Bulletstorm gravity powers do set it apart.

But something that is its own thing is that later on they basically hands you a better version of the guns you already had and that mechanic is not ripped from any game that I can think of. When I played it I had more fun playing that than gow (but thats My opinion not a fact). Some systems are ripped right of gow and thats a fact.

He used to work in a different way but was changed last moment: his shield was supposed to be down for some time and it was possible to one-shot him by 2 rocket launchers (it took two players cooperating and firing simultaneously which was easy in split-screen mode... which was also cut due to PS3 not having enough memory if I remember correctly). Also slaves with explosives could be used with similar effect. Somebody from up high said that they are not happy with boss that could be killed like this. He was much more fun to deal with... Sigh.
