This chainsaw worked well to cut up a pile of cedar logs kzbin.infoUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and stumps. I used it to cut 12"-16" diameter logs and a handful of odd-shaped stumps that were larger in diameter. There was more than enough power even when using 2x100' extension cords. Be sure to use the right gauge extension cord, since you should be using a slightly higher gauge cord than the standard extension cord most folks have around the house. My 2 favorite features of this saw over previous ones I've used are the built-in sharpener and the quick stop after the the throttle is released compared to a gas-powered chainsaw. As soon as you release the trigger, the chain stops spinning immediately because of the electric motor. Standard feature of most of these electric chainsaws, but worth mentioning here for anyone not familiar with it.Bottom line...I needed a chainsaw to get through some backyard cleanup of logs and tree stumps. For the price of renting a chainsaw for a few days, I got this Oregon chainsaw that got the work done, and now I own it for future use.

Hi, Tom, watched your video,I to have had back pain since I was 38 years old,At the age of 52 I was in such excruciating pain that I underwent back surgery, L4L5 and S1,a laminectomy and dissectomy. I was pain free for about 3 years. I have lived with back pain all my life. I am now 72 years old and the pain is constant, I too have been in the dark side, until I came across your video which reminded me of myself. I did not want to live anymore, couldn,t enjoy my children or grandchildren because I’m always in pain and crying. so I decided to purchase the teeter LX9. I don’t want anymore surgery. I hope that the inversion table will help me. Thanks for explaining how it works, it’s very nice of you to share with all of us who suffer with back pain your experience, hope to see how you have progressed. Sally

just got my teeter. from 28 till now (45 yrs old) i have had severe pain, L5S1 herniation, severely pinched nerve. microdystectomy relocated the nerve, and many, many transferaminal epidural injections over most of that timespan. now the pain has changed, and is running down the front of my thigh, instead of the back. doctors are clueless and super slow, and are more happy to keep you spending money, than to fix you...so im really hoping this will help keep me gainfully employed, possibly be more active. thank you, and give your husband our best, as i know my wife has had to put up with me at my very worst, due to pain. GO PACK GO! GO BADGERS! and thank you for sharing!

I love this video. Thank you for sharing this invaluable information. I am excited to order mine tomorrow. I am sick and tired of being in pain. It stops me from living a quality life and going out and about. Back and sciatic pain is the worse you can ever experience. You just feel like you are being tortured from the inside. I pray this works for me.

Hi Tom can we get an update after a year? I just got mine few weeks ago and been doing 20 degrees only for 5m. I have bulging disc L4-5 and L5-S1 from 2016 lately been worse as the muscles on my left calf tightened whenever I sit more than 15m. I have used the inversion table with other brand. Can’t find yours in my country. This is my 3rd week using it and it’s amazing. I use it 5m in the morning and at night just like you did immediately before and after bed. 75kg 180cm. 1st week. Started with 20 degrees. Felt a bit of relief but the pain is still there 2nd week. Incline now at 40 degrees. Felt instant relief after using the machine. I can now sit for hours without the pain on my left calf. Did a 6hr road trip no problem 3rd week. Still at 40 degrees but added a bit of stretches. Minimal pain barely felt during the day. I’ll be working on until a full vertical inversion. Won’t stop using it and I will get back to gym life ❤

Great job on your step-by-step instructions... So far I love my table... I've used it for 4 days and it has helped...Lying in bed the other night and just turned, not even thinking of my back and I had the BEST back crack... Honestly, it's a little pricey but compared to the 400 chiropractor visits, and never getting relief out of it like most do... This has been great for me...

Thanks for sharing. I've had lower back pain on and off. It flared up on me 7 years ago and it just recently went back. When it first flared up, I had to get steriod shots. Those did not help. I did some PT. Again, it did not work either. I changed my diet and lost some weight and worked it. That worked. However, I am still in good shape by my back just recently flared up again. I can barely get out of my bed. The doctor gave me a muscle relaxer to numb the paid, but i still feel it. I don't want to take medicine every time this happens. I want a permanent solution that does not involve surgery. I just bought this today and I can't wait to get on it!! Stay healthy all!

Hi Tom. Great video, down to earth, honest and not a 'studio video' presented by someone who doesnt experience back pain. I am pleased you found relief from a pain that is indeed excruciating and debilitating. I woke this morning and it took me 75 mins to get out of bed, sweating with the pain, screaming and crying. I managed out of bed and within 2 hours I had an inversion table set up on my floor. I have had one previously but rarely used it and got rid but this episode of back pain made me realise how much I needed one. Your video has given me hope. Thanks for your honesty.... from the UK

So I’ve been reviewing others’ videos and now will start an “easy does it” program tonight! Thanks again!

Tom…I literally feel your pain - on both levels: physically and emotionally. I’m a tenured DPW water/sewer worker who’s three herniated discs w/that damn pinched nerve, actually retired me after 32 years of service. I’m not entirely certain that floor stretches will do anything. My gut has been telling me that I “need to hang upside down to feel better.” I’ve seen the Roger Teeter infomercials…and I thought…that’s IT right there. On the emotional side….well…I never wanted to retire and it still pains that I’m not in with my crew anymore. The OT call outs have ceased too and this hurts financially. So, I’d better get to work on this inversion table thing. By the look on your face, it seems to offer much needed relief and I think one would benefit me greatly. Thank you for putting up the vid. I watched the whole thing! Stay well my friend.

I am 29 years old, and started having lower back pain about 3 years ago when I started current my job. Although I barely lift anything heavy , my job requires me to bend down a lot. As of today, I can feel my lower back pain getting worse. Some days the pain can be bad depending on the intensity of labor. I will definitely give this inversion table a try.

I was suicidal-ish for about 15 years or more from neck and back pain. (I don't think I could ever follow through with it but I definitely had the thoughts bounce around in my head too often) I had seen a number of different chiropractors and blown a ton of cash over 20 years. I got my first Teeter in 2008 and that got me back on the right track (felt better but something was still wrong). I had L4 L5 surgery in late 2009 after loosing feeling in my left leg. (they finally found/fixed what was wrong) 2014 got a new-style Teeter (still have the 1st one) Discovered I was really low on Vitamin D in 2018 (probably for decades) Now I don't go to chiropractors anymore (not for 2 years so far) I also don't take any pain meds of any kind (really) I used to take a ton of Vicodin. I feel far better now than I did 25 years ago (no exaggeration whatsoever). This evening my dad who is 88 mentioned he was considering a Teeter (coincidence?) I just bought him one tonight for Father's Day :)

@@truthseekers8528 I had the yoga swing & I much prefer my Teeter inversion table over the yoga swing by far, in fact I gave my yoga swing away to a dear friend. Teeter does not pull from the ankles like you say, due to Teeter's best in quality patented ankle locking mechanism. I'd rather align my entire body than just from the hip down, the inversion table does a complete alignment vs the yoga swing which does not. Coming from someone who's had 3 back surgeries=1 L4/L5 Fusion, scoliosis, herniated discs(several) bad DDD, stenosis, arthritis. Well, I can tell you the Teeter is better at alleviating my multiple painful ailments than anything I've ever tried-- only piece of equipment that has tremendously helped me in my Decades of pain "TEETER"

I have radiographic ankylosing spondylitis, I get a lot of relief from dead hangs but this does not do much for my C section. I've just purchased a used Teeter EP-560 off eBay, I'm very excited to see if I can get further relief using an inversion table and gain some more mobility as all my tendons and ligaments are also very tight in places. I do so much stretching each day, but I haven't tried the inversion table. I was concerned about buying a cheaper model, I'd managed to get the Teeter EP-560 for $130 and it's in mint condition. I'll post a review on my Instagram and on here when I've used it for some time! very excited.

I've used a Chi Machine for over 20 years. That and cold packs have been a great help, but the most help was when I stopped working. Degenerative disc disease doesn't seem to go away, but it gets better carrying less weight and less bending/flexing motions. I would like to try an inversion table. Most things I've tried and done on my own worked better than back surgery. I would try anything before wasting time on that again. You get one disc taken care of and then another one starts.

Great Video Tom. I have had lower back issues for decades. Old martial arts injury. My pain was not constant, but when my lower back would go out, I was down for a week to a month and it was very intense pain. I got one of these free from a family member who could not use it. I have been using it for a week, and although I dont currently have pain. I can feel just what you do, the total relaxation and release of pressure in your core. I do it before bed, just as you discovered, it so relaxes you and I think being in a decompressed state when you go to bed is the best to keep your lower back in good form. I love it and feel I wont have the issue I have suffered with off and on for 25 years. Great video and good description of what you feel as you do the process. Also a word of caution, for those with cataracts and high blood pressure, the pressure of the higher inversion angles can really be detrimental, so please consult your doctor before trying inversion tables if you suffer from these maladies. Tom's warnings about going slow and doing small angle increments is a must for safety and avoiding injury, but once you start with one of these. they are a true blessing at a fraction of the cost of going to a Chiropractor.

Tom, i know how you felt, when my back went 5th Dec 2019, i wasn't suicidal but i just wanted to be put out of my misery I felt like I was at a level 11 pain wise and crying. I was really in a dark place. This brought me to tears watching this as i know what it’s like. well 14 months on now (11th Feb 2021) and I’m still in a lot of pain, around the level 8 all the time, using 2 crutches to get about, i have trouble laying down, sitting is the only thing i can do. i got myself a XL9 for xmas and i have tried it twice, the first felt really good when i got to the 20deg for about 30 seconds but it’s so painful for me now i can’t lay back onto it, I’ve had a nerve route block injection recently which didn’t work, i was hoping it would have so i could have got on to the table to start "treatment". i can’t wait till i can get to use this on a regular basis, i think the XL9 is the top of the range one so hopefully it will last me for ever. I’ve had back problems since 2006 and if i had one of these years ago I’m sure i wouldn’t have ended up having such a bad problem now. I’ve only got 3 slipped disks and a prolapsed disk so not as bad as others but for 14 months its putting my mind into a dark place with being beaten down every day with the pain.

I was feeling back pain and reached a point where it hurts even standing or walking for 5 mins. I knew the benefits of an inversion table by watching a few videos before but never tried it myself. So before going to the doctor for those back pain therapy, I said to myself that I should give it a try. Finally, 2 days ago I bought one of that inversion table for $99 and tried 5 minutes 2 times a day and I can see my back pain going away. I am doing slowly at 20% and then 40% angle. Now I can stand and walk longer without pain. Hopefully, it will help more. The inversion table will be with me forever. Can not go through that pain again.

Great Story about you situation . Glad things are coming along good for you. I went through back pain over a year after crashing into the boards ice skating back in 1977. IT was a living hell. So i can understand that it is not any fun at all. Very well done video too. How you were able to break it up into segments & put it all onto one video. An the noted words that popped up now & then ,explaining even more. I am not very computer savvy that well. That is why i needed to complement you on that part as well. I AM sure your video helps a lot of people who are willing to hear you out. Good Job 1-9-2021 -3:07 P.M. John from Boston Area SOUTH.

Hi John... I used a GoPro camera to film each segment and then put them all together with iMovie, which comes standard on a Mac computer. It's relatively easy to use and pretty fun. Thanks for your comment and my goal was to influence at least 1 person to try inversion because I certainly wish i had tried it many years ago. Best regards.

And remember to set the height and the weight!!! You can also set the feet. Yes you have to adjust within inches of where you are depending on if you’re heavier at the bottom or top. And then both hinges at the handles on each side have a lift for weight adjustment.

about 5 years ago I struggled with sever back pain and after several tests, x-rays etc. my primary care physician told me my only option was surgery or pain management. I refused to accept that and went out on my own journey to fix myself. With the use of Chiropractic care and using my first teeter my back hadn't felt this good in over 20 years. It was like i had a new back. Needless to say I "thought" I didn't need my teeter up anymore so I made the unfortunate mistake of selling mine. We'll 5 years later and after digging many holes and other back breaking activities I messed my back up again. I live in a rural area so chiropractic was not a viable option. One of my first thoughts was why did I sell my teeter. Needless to say I just purchased another one (new and improved by the way) and only after a few uses my back is already feeling much better. I don't know if this would work for everyone but I can tell you with the supervision of your doctor I would try.

@@differentvoices6241 For the most part, no. When I have reoccurrences, absolutely. But, I have found over the years, especially this last year, it is all about mechanics and prevention. If you take care of your back, and have a good regimen, there's no reason you can't weightlift (I have also done so) but you may need to alter your lifts. It's all about what triggers YOUR body. Everyone is different. The Teeter is now part of my daily routine and it has helped tremendously. Without a doubt the best investment I have spent on myself.

Sorry man; I do know exactly what you're going through. You said a friend told you about the inversion table; my chiropractor, in 1984, after he was done milking my settlement money, suggested i buy a table. Fast forward to the late 90's and a chiropractor in another town had a table set up in one of his office rooms that was for his own personal use! See; chiropractors would be out of business if everyone inverted!

Hopefully you will have good results with it.. Everyone's journey is different and trying different things until you find something or THINGS that work for you is the key. Tom, I think you are doing awesome and really helping people. When I first watched your video or the first time you were sharing about your back issues and I completely understood what you were talking about. I give you alot of credit for doing what you are doing and helping yourself out your way. I know you said you were going to a Chiropractor but now you don't have to go there and just use your teeter. Also your stretches and etc. I know what you said about the insurance not paying for this and that which I know many people have the same issue which is rediculous of insurance companies. I think they must rather pay for back surgery then a Chiropractor. I can't see a Chiropractor now and have not been able to for years because they say they don't want to touch me because of all the hardware I have in my spine and one fusion in neck. Anyways I am just starting to use my teeter and I watched you get on it and just lay back like it was nothing and other videos I have seen people do the same. Well because my total lumbar is fused it takes me 5 minutes just to slowly lay back. I can not just sit on it and lay back. The pain is unbearable and I just have to take it slow but I do want to say I did ask my orthopedic surgeon who has done all my surgeries if the teeter would be ok for me to buy and use and he said ( well you can try it) well if anything happens to me because of thus machine I have kept the Voice Mail where he said I can try and see if it would help me. I would show you my x-ray of my spine and how much it has shifted but I sure don't care to post this on your video but anyways i am 62 yrs old and maybe 5 or 10 # over weight but nothing big and I sure don't sit on the coach and watch TV all day but surgeon said I am hunched over by the middle of the day and looks like I am 90 yrs old because of all the muscles in lumbar area are locked up because I don't use them. Oh was I upset. So with all that said , first of all I am very happy you did not have surgery. I had to learn the hard way but I would never ever recommend back surgery Gor anyone unless it is a situation where it is an emergency from maybe car accident or something like that because I don't believe after a back surgery will you ever not have pain and then it leads to other issues. With my Teeter I had purchased I purchased the pads that you screw in the bed and they are suppose to help straighten your spine. They were extra of course but if they do what they say they do they would be worth every dime that I paid for everything that I purchased. Well I am going to look for you after a month or so and see how you are doing and I give you alot of credit for showing people and explaining your story. Some people that dies not have back issues wouldn't know what you where talking about but people like me know oh so well what you are talking about. Well I wish you the rest of your life a life without pain and your adittude about your back is awesome and I think you are going to do great. Best Wishes To A Healthy Recovery, Lori

Great job Tom and very nice video. I am now at your starting point, looking to buy one inversion table (even if in Slovakia there are just ~10 models to choose). Now again my condition looks worse in my 34 year, so in December I have MRI control, will see how it will be. But will try to go to similar direction as you.
