Please do something specifically on peroneal nerve ? I’ve been watching for so long and for so long I was doing sciatica works outs you and bob were making which honestly helped .they were amazing.I ended up finding out it wasn’t my L4-L5-S1 and it was just a part of it . Not the main reason my foot wasn’t working but my sciatica pain went away thanks to you guys and my hard work , the other specialists said my back looks great now thanks to you all , although during this the motion in my foot drop got way way better .the muscle growth and no feeling to hot or cold water and sometimes random stabbing pain still occurs . I have feeling more on the bottom of my foot.the top not so much and my big toe started working quickly my small toes I’m working on them going up and down . Though I cannot spread them apart . I’m still young and athletic please make a video also I was tested for diabetes and I don’t have it . And this started after I was in the ICU with phenomena in July 2022 I was on life support . Days before I slipped in the rain . Also can a nerve heal up to 8 months a year or 2 years I’ve heard all 3 thanks Guys much love ! And I’m very happy with the new edition ,happy bob is still around in the background ! I pray for him so much ! Thanks guys

I'm a industrial cleaner & I pulled my lower back at work which left me in agony for over a week, I found this video did the excise...........& my good Lord in heaven the relief I felt honestly can't believe it. I slept better than I had in goodness knows how long & I could stand up & move without much pain. Kept repeating the excise 3 times a day & within 2days the pain was completely gone. I can't thank you enough ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is magic. My back doesn't go out more than once every couple years but when it does it takes a month of chiro visits to sort it out. But it's the Saturday of a long weekend today and I was desperate and ... did this twice and easily 90% of the problem is gone. Thank you!

This works! I threw out my lower back and with this method, I was back to normal within 3 days. When this happened before, I was suffering for at least 3 months! I have occasional SI joint instability/pain. With this method, raising the knee on the same side that hurts, the pain is gone when I stand back up! Amazing. Before this, I tried massage, foam roller, ice, heat, yoga, supplements, etc to no avail. Thank you!!!!

Consider a video on Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and the Epley Procedure to address it. I have BPPV and it flairs from poor posture reading in bed and working on overhead tasks. It started in my mid 50s. I think this is an under recognized source of vertigo in elders. While the Epley Procedure might not help everyone with vertigo, it settles it down very well for me. People can do this at home and even by themselves, if need be. If it helps, yay! If it doesn't help, there is no harm done.

Omg! This is amazing! I was in terrible pain. I almost couldn’t stand. I couldn’t bend to dress myself. I was not sure why? I don’t recall doing anything. But I do have a history of spinal fusion surgery 6 yrs ago so I was scared. I did this stretch. Unbelievable! Pain is gone! I even went for a walk a few hours later!!!! Thank you!

This exercise does reduce lower back pain. I do it frequently by reverse arching my back while standing after sitting. Hold the reverse arch position until pain is relieved. Doing it while standing improves your posture. It’s the only position that relieves lower back pain. It’s awesome.

Thanks for sharing this technique. I found it accidentally a few years ago, but forgot didn't pay much attention to what caused this relief. I need to do this more often. I had very little back pain when i slept on my stomach. After I injured my back I was told to stop sleeping on my stomach and to sleep on my side. The few times I have ended up on my stomach while sleeping I have awakened with little to no back pain.

I used to load freight all day for years and quite often throw my lower back out.I couldn`t get out of bed in the morning without pain unless I rolled out and stood up. But I knew I had to go right back to work so I`d do 30 shallow knee bends, and as soon as I started loading again I`d be fine. But each morning I`d have to do this for about a week ,until it was gone. But it would get me through the day.

Hi Brad and Mike. Hope your both well and I hope Bob is doing well too. I have just been diagnosed with a Meniscus Tear in my right knee but seemed to have terrific lower back pain on my left side. If your back exercise plan works for me I will be thrilled as at the moment I’m in total agony with this I’m not a painkiller popper and hope to remedy it through this tutorial I’ve been a long time back sufferer but never on the left side so I’m automatically thinking it may be coming from my knee injury. Any advice to relieve this pain would be much appreciated. Keep well.

My lower back pain was because of no arch support and flat feet. I now wear an elastic foot band around my arch at all times, like the ones you see around someone's elbow. I hold the top of a door frame and stretch my back and use the steps to stretch my calves. I went from bed ridden to no pain in an hour !

I played volleyball till my thirties then, I started doing the gym before COVID ; intense cardio and lifting weights , then in 2020 I started playing football as a goalkeeper, this year I dropped out of all the sports activities to focus on my studies and since then I have back pain. When I go to the gym it disappears but when I stop it comes back, I went to my doctor she prescribed some pills that took away the pain and after the medication is over am back to my discomfort what's going on especially when I am sleeping .
