No it won't. Its only Generates the PWM Pulses for the samsung refrigerator Circuit board.

Dear these 4148 number zener diodes plz you can check its datasheet to confirm the voltages

They are not zener but small signal diodes 1N4148. Of course you can use any general purpose diodes even 1N4000 series.

The voltages differs for different models of inverter compressors. They are mentioned on the compressor. Also at what frequency the compressor runs. That is also mentioned. If a person need to know about the compressor in depth then one should study its datasheet.
