Thank you! I really appreciate the feedback. My goal is to make the videos as clear and efficient as possible so people can get the info they need without wasting time. I know how frustrating it can be when you're trying to fix something and just need the right guidance. Let me know if there are any specific topics you'd like to see covered in future videos!

@@tacticalpowerpro I might be getting a Firman 3200 and have been looking at various YT videos and yours are the best with none of the not reading the manual BS. You know your stuff and know how to share it. I noticed some Spanish videos, you may want to consider knocking out an English and Spanish version for each of your future videos. Subscribed.

Thank you for your comment. These Firman 3200 are pretty good, 90% of the ones I’ve repaired (over 50) had the same issue (clogged main jet in the carb). But that is the owner’s fault by not keeping up with the maintenance. I do plan on making Spanish versions of my videos, thank you for the suggestion and I’m glad to see there’s some interest in my content. Thanks for the sub!!

Great video. After cleaning the carb, it still runs rough but when it’s on eco mode runs smoothly. With eco mode off, it surges slightly. Maybe I’m just paranoid or something.

Thanks for watching my video. How did the gasket between the carburetor and the engine looked?
@IbrahimRigel2 ай бұрын
@@tacticalpowerpro They were really bad (broken)so I tried finding them locally but with no luck. I traced them with a felpro gasket making material and made them to size
@tacticalpowerpro2 ай бұрын
The carb might still be a little dirty or you might have a small air leak through the gasket 🤔

I have the firman wh03242 and the stepper motor is not adjusting the throttle so it runs at the slowest idle I can manually pull the stepper motor bracket to speed it up but when it idles it does not even show volts until I speed it up I bought a new stepper motor still just idles do you have any ideas thank you
@tacticalpowerpro2 ай бұрын
Hi, verify that the plastic piece where the stepper motor shaft goes to has the spring. Without the throttle spring the stepper motor can’t move the throttle plate like it supposed to.

How chance bujía
@tacticalpowerpro2 ай бұрын
To change the spark plug you will need a 13/16” spark plug socket. The spark plug boot is located right above the valve cover.

After sitting over a year with gas in it, mine only ran on choke. I pushed the throttle cable back too far, I heard a click and the engine died,, it will no longer start in choke, or at all. Did I break something else? its an 1800 - 2300 series pulsar
@tacticalpowerproАй бұрын
You pushed the throttle cable or the choke cable back too far? The 1800 - 2300w Pulsar inverter has the OFF/RUN/CHOKE switch. Is that what you are referring to? You pushed that switch knob that controls the choke too far and heard a click?
@brianvincent8287Ай бұрын
@@tacticalpowerpro I had the cover off , on the carburetor the cable is connected to the carb idle,, While it was running with the dial set to choke,, the only way it would run,, It was surging and loping,, I could see the lever move, I pushed the throttle on the carburetor back with my thumb,, I heard a click and the engine stopped,, did I drop the needle, or break the throttle step motor? its brand new
@tacticalpowerproАй бұрын
@@brianvincent8287 Oh ok so you pushed the throttle's plastic piece between the stepper motor and the carburetor. It sounds that you closed the throttle plate when you pushed it and it turned off and the click was the stepper motor gear. The throttle plate might still be closed, reason why it will not start again. Try pushing the throttle back to the opposite position and see if it starts again. The carburetor is definitely dirty so I recommend to follow one of my other videos like the one of the A-ipower or Ryobi inverter (they have the same engine as the pulsar) to have your generator running like new again.

What tools you used to remove the carburetor bowl?
@tacticalpowerpro4 ай бұрын
Saludos, I used a 10mm socket and ratchet.
@julioreyes7534 ай бұрын
Gracias por la respuesta. I used it, but I cannot pull it after it so I thought that still some screws isn’t removed. Thoughts?
@tacticalpowerpro4 ай бұрын
No other screws, the bowl is stuck due to old fuel turning into sticky varnish. A couple of taps at the bowl or stick a screwdriver at the bottom hole to pry it should work. Mucha suerte.

I installed a new carburetor and still having the same issue. What do you think it could be?
@tacticalpowerpro4 ай бұрын
A few things. Verify carburetor gaskets are good and placed in the correct spot. Verify the plastic spacer between the carburetor and the engine block is not cracked. Make sure the carburetor is secured (both nuts are nice and tight). Make sure fuel flow to the carburetor is good and not restricted. Make sure you have fresh fuel and not old bad fuel in the tank. Gap your spark plug to the correct gap. Or you have a bad new carburetor, It has happened to me before specially with the cheap Chinese carbs (give the new carb a clean)

Is there a fuel shut off valve ?
@tacticalpowerpro14 күн бұрын
Yes! The switch in the top left corner is the fuel shutoff valve. It has the gas pump symbol.
@xilbus14 күн бұрын
@tacticalpowerpro ah ok thanks, mine is a bit different . The top left button is a switch to go from gas to propane.
@tacticalpowerpro14 күн бұрын
That one also has a fuel shutoff valve. The same propane/gasoline selector switch is the fuel shutoff valve. Once you move it to propane it shuts off the gasoline.
