Thanks for your videos, extremely useful. I like interactive brokers a lot but there is also a killer negative option which I don't like which is the non availability to participate in IPOs (only in Hong kong) that's why my preference will be a local brokerage firm in the UAE

@ Hey @janebrant3999, yes you can trade using eToro as a US or Canadian citizen living outside of UAE. eToro only offer one single trading platforms, which is easy to use for beginners. You can trade without a broker only if you have a valid trading licence. Hope that helps

I can't transfer funds to broker from where I am. in order to invest in sarwa for example , one I need to have a bank account in UAE . can you open a bank account in UAE on the basis of having an account in sarwa ?

As per my calculation, there are fees everywhere and the blocker does not mutter is you invest 3.000 AED quarterly. Also in to eToro you can transfer AED too.

Hey @muhammadjunaid1707, there is no account minimum to start trading on the stock market. Based on your type of questions I would recommend you to open an account with one of the local Brokers (Sarwa, Baraka ...) and you can fund your trading account following their instructions. To make a transaction you will pay the purchase price of the stocks + broker's fee. Hope that helps :)

Hey @Amin Achankunju, Sarwa's trading platform does not have many advanced charting features that other brokers have. But it offers zero commision on many Stocks and ETFs (which is a good thing for day trading), so it will be necassary to use third party chating providers like TradingView to find patterns. Hey @ishaq ahmed - For UAE securities I would recommend the following brokers: BHM Capital, Emirates NBD securities, Adib Securities and EFG Hermes. £2000 would be enough to start. Hope that helps :)
