I’ve been disputing for years and I’m an identity theft victim. I’ve been looking for how to remove some medical debt in collections that are under $ 600 that is still on my credit report. The accounts were removed on my trans-union report, but still appear on my Experian report. I saw an ad about a company called 'credit synod’ and I decided to seek help from them and for a year plus now everything has been cleared up and my scores are hitting the roof, they give loans too. It’s just a bit sad that not too many folks know about this people, they' re really good!

Is it true that if you if you miss a payment and then you manage to pay within 30 days after your due date your credit score will not be affected?

Hi Nicolette, Do you think its a good idea to refinancing my first home loan (9.5% interest) to receive a lower interest rate and monthly payment? My credit score is now better, i have a second home loan (5.6% interest) & a credit card, all accounts are in good order

Why not if it means you will pay less per month and overall? The prime is at 11,75% so you would need to be a banking employee or a really good client to get such rates. Well done

the whole idea of credit scores is dumb dou in oder for the bank to borrow you money for a loan you have to have a a good credit score, in order to have a good credit score you constantly need to be buying things on credit, constantly having a debt bubble hanging over you

Hi sisi I love your videos I have a question, I have 2 accounts (clothing) no longer using them anymore paid off but am thinking of closing them, however, I wonder how will that affect my credit score? Positively or negatively?

Positive : in a sense that you don't pay service fees for accounts you not using . because even though you are not using the accounts you are still liable to pay the service fees or fees related to that accounts Negative : in a sense that you will have no active credit and that would means you will be given very high interest rates when applying for credit because there is no trail of you having active credit behavior ( monthly payments )

If you have other older open accounts that should be fine, if not it's good to keep them. Have old well managed accounts contributes positively

Hello Nicolette. How much do you charge per session? I’m planning to put an offer for a one bedroom apartment that’s 659 000 and I want to place 570 000. I have a very minimal deposit that would like be less than 15k. I wonder if they’ll accept my offer. Should they say yes, then I can go to the banks and ask for 110% to allow me to pay lawyer fees … would love your advice and thoughts
