I study this stuff and can give a bit of context to answer this question. This person is a basement dweller type who feels failed by the promises of the white supremacist “American dream”. Jacksonville law enforcement and security ain't no joke! Great job, men and women. They chased the shooter from two other places that he was planning on shooting up. He was planning on shooting up that college first, but security bravely approached him and ran him off campus. Then he went to a Family Dollar store with the same intentions. But, security chased him from there too. And that's how he ended up at that Dollar General store.
