The same problem exists within the Maintenance Engineers. We are having a hard time keeping ppl due to low pay and poor working conditions yet nobody is talking about that. No Mechanics, No Flying

Do the rest of the unionized employees in your corporation get a fair wage? For example the bagagge handlers that do the equivalent of a construction labourer making $17/hr? How are your peers supposed to support you when a tenered capatin is making six figures and your ground staff cant even afford kraft dinner?

Why are these pilots even paid? The airplane literally flies itself! All these guys do is sit on their ass and trouble the cabin crew for coffees!

@@MarrtyJ all you Canadian pilots do is complain! How am I misinformed? Air Canada pilots if not doing a fully automated approach line up to a taxiway! Just fly the ILS and do autoland everywhere.
