If you are a good landlord and have quality properties screen your tenants properly it’s a walk in the park, but if you have crappy properties don’t screen your tenants properly and don’t have a strong contract. It is a nightmare.

@@EnergizedAgent No one beats the market long term. Minus massive fees and the SP 500 smashes any mutual fund. Whoever tells you otherwise is lying to you. And if you tell people otherwise you're lying to everyone else, and yourself. Likely because you sell them. Kinda like Dave.
