Never admit to psychological issues of any kind unless they've been diagnosed.

Truth. Every time I have an annual physical checkup, the doctor asks if I've experienced any depression lately. I always say no. The one time I said I'd never admit to it because of what could happen, the doctor replied "that almost never happens anymore". Unless you want to risk being locked up for your protection, never admit to anything.
Maybe an upgraded prison system and mimic Norways System. Being glib is no reason to take him so far away from family.

This is how you prepare don't break the law. When you get charged with federal charges. You've gone out of your way getting in trouble. It's a hell of a thing to see an indictment stating: The United States of America vs. you. Getting in trouble with the federal government is a choice.

Dude-bro, maybe before running your mouth, learn what the facts really are. There was a case of a truck driver. Unbeknownst to him, someone in his company hid drugs in the trailer he picked up. Customs found the drugs. Truck driver got 5 years in prison despite the fact he could not have had any knowledge of the drugs in the truck. He had had no part in loading it. Does. Not. Matter. There's no _mens rea_ requirement for most Federal criminal laws. Drugs are in the truck. How they got there is irrelevant. You got to prison. So you can absolutely go to Federal prison without having done or intended to do anything wrong.
@craigsarles80778 күн бұрын
It's actually way more simple. Don't commit crimes and you won't go to prison.
@scottmccrea18736 күн бұрын
Not everyone who gets sent to prison is guilty. There are more than 40,000 people serving felony prison time for crimes they didn't commit. So keep it in mind.
@craigsarles80776 күн бұрын
@@scottmccrea1873 Hey Mr. Wikipedia, how many people are not serving time nor prosecuted for crimes they did commit?

@@craigsarles8077 Hey, dude-bro, I know having girls kick your ass everyday in 7th grade really crushed your little ego, but don't take it out on people who point out actual facts. And, son, the fact that you use "Wikipedia" as an insult, shows was a sad little child you really are. Run along now, the adults are talking.

Hmm I would not be advising people that 6 months in federal prison is no big deal. If you end up in federal prison for white collar crime, you did a bad thing and should feel bad about it. That's the point of the American prison system, to make sure people feel bad about what they did This video is just flaunting how rich people are above the law
@evelynbonner390818 күн бұрын
I don't feel he is flaunting anything. Just saying to take advantage of any measure of comfort in prison you can get. But I understand why you feel the way you do.
@brentfarvors19211 күн бұрын
He's not "flaunting", anything, and the fact that the person was locked up disproves your theory...
@Susan-pp6hp13 күн бұрын
Like you said, 6 months is not much time for committing a FEDERAL crime. The guy is GUILTY and should know that he wasn't one of the lucky ones that got off on probation. He didn't think about any of this when he was committing his crimes.

Ok. FYI. My high school record REALLY screwed me. Not kidding. I had: Physics 1&2, Electronics Lab, Metal Shop, Wood Shop, Welding, Auto 1&2 and Computer software. I was designated as a level 3-B, 1 screw up below Maximum Security 4 / Death Row = 5 😮... yeah..yeah... I was an EXTREMELY high risk for escape, to put it lightly. Passport, trips to Mexico, Philippines, Japan, China and more didn't help my plea for a lower status level either. I finally just found out from my record of the judge, "This guy is MacGyver in the flesh, he could just DISSAPPEAR from existence and be in another place by tomorrow and we wouldn't know what happened." He wasn't wrong. 😂 lol Did earn 1 "good" day per month, for being a GED tutor 🤯 for $1 per day. Not a terrible trade off 🎉

I pled guilty to a white collar federal crime in Florida but I had pled guilty to the same thing at the state level only a month before and due to that instead of sending me to eglin minimum security Air Force Base as the judge recommended they sent me to Leavenworth USP ( back when Leavenworth was a max security in 2000) because I was on state probation.... Now do you think this made me more or less dangerous to the public once I was released?

Our phone numbers differ by 2 digits without changing the order. That's weird. I've never been a good liar and chose to just be honest with people to avoid the embarrassment and shame. But the one and only time I had to meet with a probation officer, I'm not sure where I was because the person in my mind and body put on a performance of a lifetime. Shit, I even bought it! I walked away with no probation and a significant crush on the babe who did the interview!
