I would never invest if there's no return. Especially when inflation is 15%+ everywhere in the world. Your essentially only getting back 50% of your money in 5 yrs. Terrible loss of purchasing power. I'm a hotelier. I would rather lend the money myself or operate a hotel myself. If there's a dividend fund that invests in utilities, telecoms or insurance providers that would be attractive.
