You might’ve missed a bit from season 1 “it’s a lot to take in don’t blame ya.” Martian man the one who are part of the guardians. Was a Martian. He died. This Martian snuck aboard the human rocket disguised as one of the astronauts. That’s why he is so awkward because he doesn’t know how to act human. It gets explained more in depth. Any question you may have does get answered. This show is very good at answering your question 😂

That guy at the end who imprisoned the alt-Mark, he's the guy who can cross dimensions. Now that he had all those versions of himself melded with him, it basically scrambled his memories, so now he remembers everything, and in most of the realities he pulled versions of himself from, Mark went dark and joined Nolan, so that's all this guy knows now. And i agree, Eve's powers are litterally the best ones you could possibly have. Certainly more utilitarian.
