I think the writers of the comics more intended that Mark calls himself Invincible (which means unbeatable, not invulnerable which many people mistake), because he believes he will be unbeatable like his dad, but he does loses most fights. But Mark does have a Invincible spirit. No matter how beat down he is or how hopeless and traumatised he is, he still holds onto is values and his spirit. That's how he, ultimately won the fight against his dad. Not with fists, but with his spirit / love. And I call it a win for Mark because Omni-man left and didn't conquer Earth. The latter being Marks objective.

@@CollinMcLean Yeah I think really they were trying to push 'the message' by making amber assertive and a know it all but it kinda back fired. In the comics the amber was white but here she's black. I don't mind race changes or culture changes but at the very least don't do it for the pure sake of political appeal. Maybe give amber super powers or have her have some type of relationship to titan or something, idk anything is better then how poorly written she was. Amber could've been white or black in the show and her character would still be the same. Take an interesting black character like titan whose race heavily impacted what his character was, and he took over an entire criminal syndicate for his family. On top of how he masterfully manipulated Invincible he's an extremely interesting character and it's kind of unfortunate that his story takes a back seat in the comics but who knows maybe the writers of the show will do something different. Point is, a character isn't interesting simply because they're not Caucasian, but because their experiences because of their race is what makes them an interesting character.

His insistence on making promises he knows he can't keep is truly ridiculous. He barely makes an effort to craft a reasonable alibi and doesn't even wear a watch to keep track of time. Honestly, i was pretty neutral on Amber before she revealed that she knew the whole time. It just kind of makes her seem unreasonable. But it also doesn't make Mark look any better.

So interesting fact for anyone who hasn't found out yet the guardians of the globe were actually somewhat changed from their comic counterparts to fit their voice actors who were chosen kind of as an Easter egg due to the fact that they worked with Robert kirkman before on The walking Dead and red Rush specifically is played by the guy who played Abraham in The walking Dead
