Invisible Walls? Glitchy Wall Combo? Lars in TEKKEN 8 might need bug fixes…

While experimenting with wall carry and wall combos, I discovered some very strange visual glitches in TEKKEN 8 while using Lars. This may need fixing, so hopefully more people see it.

One of my friends pointed out that T8 didn't have an arcade release, so Namco haven't had the extra time to fix bugs and balancing. Season 2 will probably be the real T8. Edit: responding to the actual point of the video... I've definitely noticed inconsistencies with DEN1+2 as well

Tbh, I think the game is quite solid for a new Tekken release, but we're definitely discovered more wild and inconsistent things.

It's not just on this stage - I tested multiple stages, and it happens on every single one, specifically with DEN1+2

It gets slightly worse near those boxes on this stage. You'll just shoulder right through them as they are getting the typical wall crumble even skipping DEN1+2. Its like a semi side wall almost even though visually they land on their back

Tbh I've been noticing shoulder miss at the wall a lot. Happen a ton in my recent netplay session, it was really frustrating.

I might test out the OG ender that started with f4 for consistency in these weird walls but man I grinded heavily in T7 for the cool shoulder. Still wanna go for it on instinct lmao

oh, by the way, if you press 3+4 with little delay, glitch will not happen

@@JusticeSoulTuna fr, like sometimes the f1+4 will whiff at the wall bc they can tech roll on the ground, sometimes you need to df1 or den1 at the wall to make the f1+4 connect, sometimes it makes it miss 😒

yeah it's mostly F1+4. Some combo routes aren't consistent with it, annoyingly.
