This Fall, join John Piper, the teachers of Desiring God, and the faculty of Bethlehem College and Seminary for our two-day interactive gathering at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis.
This year the theme for our main sessions will be “The Steadfast Soul: Enjoying Peace in an Anxious Age.” We live in uncertain, confusing, and troubled times, yet the Lord Jesus offers his people enduring peace, true contentment, and abundant joy. We will reflect on Job’s remarkable example of steadfastness through suffering. We will consider why we should not be anxious about anything but prayerfully and confidently seek first God’s kingdom. And we will meditate on a classic Puritan work on Christian contentment.
