Inverter Function Simple PLC

I am trying to setup my CHF100A 22kW VFD to control its speed up and down using push buttons. The configuration i have set by using your video of multistage speed. The speed of motor does not holds at one point and return to zero when i release the push button. I need your kind help please. I need to start/stop and increase decrease my drive speed using push buttons
