When you say sealer...what is it exactly? Newbie here. Spray varnish? i live in Panama and we don’t have too many places to purchase the variety of craft supplies I used to get in Canada.

You can use a spray or brush on - the key is for it to be water-based poly for high use surfaces like furniture. If it's wall art that won't be touched much, you can use a clear furniture wax or even Matte Mod Podge.

Can you seal after you put a transfer down?

Yes you should. Either sealer or wax but definitely seal your transfers in. Good luck.
