Jacob didnt steal esau birth right for it didnt belongs to esau in the first place. The Most High did already told Rebecca who was going to rule but the devil did want to intervene, he always wanted to do different from TMH words. When Rebecca went to TMH He told her that Jacob was going to rule, whose word will one accept, so Rebecca was smart in her moved for she knows she heard from the Most High and right through the Bible TMH speaker about Abraham, Isaac and Jacob alone, not Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and esau. So Rebecca was obeying the Most High and He gave her that wisdom what to do.

Absolutely 💯. Just obey the laws and statutes of the Most High God of Israel in Jesus Name. They and other nations (non Hebrew Israelites) will be adopted and will become spiritual Israelites and will get salvation. If the Lord didn't want them to receive salvation, He wouldn't have sent Saul converted to Paul to be an apostles of the Gentiles.
