I think this song is about her experiences in the music industry, and the chorus is her main criticism of it. "Your shallow truths fractures and distorts our self view, my tethered beat echoes in the minds of a few". Or rather "your mainstream messages damage our well-being and self-esteem and in this world whatever I'm trying to say only resonates with a few people in comparison". In the context of the album, given the theme of fame, loneliness, awareness, the public eye, death, and not wanting to be forgotten it can make sense.
