Odd! If I’m not mistaken, wasn’t 5g enabled on iPhones in India recently? Maybe some things are being tweaked still perhaps.

How do I know I’m in SA I have it on my end but I don’t see any difference.

You can check in the field test mode on your iPhone by typing *3001**#12345**#* (make sure the asterisks are in front of the 3 and after the last #, for some reason it’s not showing up on my reply even though I typed it in, or search iPhone field test mode online for instructions) in the phone dialer. Check serving cell or NR connection stats. It’ll say NSA for non standalone or just SA for standalone.
