you shouldn't download the dev beta without expecting bugs. cuz it's not for the public bugs are normal and that is the reason for releasing the beta to find out bugs and fix them. meanwhile apple also warns to not install dev beta on your primary phone.

Ur lucky that u can even swipe, my iPhone freezes up and forces restart 5mins after the phone is completely freezed. After restarting the device, ill got like 30seconds to do something on my screen and then it freezes again and again… idk what to do

I doubt you’re still having this issue but if so then try to turn off iCloud then turn it back on, if that don’t work then honestly hard reset the phone, if THAT doesn’t work then call Apple and say your phone is experiencing major bugs that cause using it to be impossible.
