Battery life has definitely improved dramatically, I use my phone all day long at work with my AirPods Pro second generation and for a while my battery was doing really bad and after the most recent update to the RC version, it’s very much improved

I have been sideloading with various different signing services and it has its benefits and downsides like finding the actual app ipas i wonder if the new sideloading system will be similar to that or whether it will be fully fleshed out app stores.

Apple won’t allow you to sideload anything you want like you can with Sideloadly! They are very strict about that stuff and they will regulate every app that comes to iOS. Like with altstore pal. They had to verify and check every app and they will check any new entry to the AppStore

The iPad 6 is terrible on iPadOS 17-the only reason they supported it is because it wasn’t 6 years old yet. It’s almost certainly getting dropped this year.

@@richardstorey2317 It has the same hardware as the iPhone 7 which came out 2 years earlier and was dropped in iOS 16. The customizable Lock Screen was painfully slow, and I didn’t even think they would even support that feature on an A10 chip as that’s likely why the iPHone 7 was dropped.

No support for haptics when using Magic Trackpad 2015 or later with iPadOS yet. That’s almost certainly coming at some point since they added haptics to the Magic Keyboard. UPDATE: And they introduced new developer APIs for Apple Pencil Pro haptics.
