No VPN is needed. Works in EU - follow below steps. 1. Register for beta 2. Download 18.1 3. Settings->click name-> media and purchases-> change region to Canada (not US) -> select payment option as "none" (will not work if you have active subscriptions) -> use a random Canada address, phone number etc (use random address generator or choose something random from google earth). 4. Change language to US (English) 5. Change Siri language to US (English) 6. Go to Langue and region settings and change the region to Canada 7. Click Apple Intelligence in settings and select "join program" (or something like that 8. Wait a couple of minutes (up to an hour) 9. Reset your network settings and restart the phone

I’m in the EU, and I can’t to do this. I already tried almost everything to put apple intelligence on my iPhone 15 pro max, but, nothing. I’m just waiting for another update or something similar. 😢😢😢😢

Just got my new ipad. On my 15 pro, i cannot acced the AI. On my Ipad tho´i have the setting tab sitting right under the accessibility tab. It says "Apple Intelligence & Siri". When i click it there is no sign of AI. When i search Apple Intelligence in the settings, nothing comes out. Looks like a mistake to me. Just like the 3d touch that was searchable in the ios beta.

I bought my phone in Switzerland, my account is Swiss. However, I'm not allowed to join the waitlist. The only tie my iPhone has to the EU is a French eSIM, which I use alongside a Swiss eSIM. I tried switching it on and off, it doesn't help...

Phones bought in Europe are produced for Europe, antennas are set to operate on different bands to comply with Europe's regulations. Apple can identify which region the phone was bought in because they keep track of which device IMEI and serial number was made for which market. Real-time location is being tracked by the device aswell through built-in satellite navigation.

Probably it will share the faith of Apple Vision. They simply don’t have the “logistics” to support the new technology. AI is very VERY dependable on the local language meaning that it also uses heavily the language patterns that reveal the way the spoken person thinks in order to figure out what that person thinks. For now Apple Intelligence is US English only if I’m not mistaken and will be followed by the UK English. It takes a lot of effort to develop AI in more languages / speaking patterns

Guys I live in Australia and works fine. Go to General/Language and region and change to Inited States, then go to Apple intelegence and Siri and change to Language again to United States with a US voice, the waiting list will populate, I was on the road so it was 6 hours before I was notified it was ready but an hour after I was on wifi it was ready at home, I’m thinking because it’s a 3 GB download. Assuming you have a 15 pro or pro max . Beta 18.1 feels a little more smooth than the 18 beta Your welcome,have fun 😊

Actually, iPhones works well only in US, in other countries they are extremeley limited. No normal maps, no normal siri, no normal music. Generaly, they are losing audience to Android because Samsung now... It just Works. Apple - it just works in US.
