I got my 13 brand new back in Nov iOS 17 was smooth so has iOS 18 very smooth no bugs at all battery life is still strong it still performs very well my battery health is still on 100% it’s been almost a year !!!! This phone is still worth getting if you can find one for a decent price it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down anytime soon idk what magic Apple did with the 13 series but they did it right

Never got to try this since I already sold my 11 pro max just before the apple event. From my experience, upgrading from ios 16 to 17 made my battery life significantly better. From needing 2 charges in a day to lasting enough on a full day. I expected the same here but i wont know it anymore

Sir , I recently bought iphone 13 from amazon and its not even 7 days but i could see that focus is not working at all in portrait mode for both the front and back camera . For front camera when I am opening it for the first time , the face and everything is blurred totally and the focus gets better in 4 5 secs but immediately if i bring the camera in front of my face and then take it at a distance then also i could see th focus is blurry and again its taking secs to fix it . With the back camera it is not able to focus at all . I keep on taping to bring the focus but nope it is not working at all at a nearby distance even . I am very worried and not able to understand what to do ??

I bought it from amazon . Amazon gave service centre replacement but this service centre is never up for replacement . So they kept the phone and said they couldnt find anything and have done a software reset . That's it . After this the back focus is now working but the front is still taking 2 3 secs to get fix completely . The colour changing thing is still happening mainly in the absence of sunlight . Now i hate iphone and never gonna go for ios/apple ever .

I have the I phone 13 mini and when I did the upgrade. When you bring up the messages on your phone and want to go back to another message it won’t go back. I have had a lot of problems. I have groups of apps that I name like “social “and you can’t bring it up. Some of the letters on your keyboard don’t work properly. I have been talking in my phone more now. I might have to do a system restart. I am not happy so far.

As a test, I updated my iPad M2. Looks & feels same as 17. Calculator is not great - conversion feature is not smooth. Appearance is terrible for being 10 years in development. Generally, some apps are not working, so will hold off updating iPhone 13pro until iOS 18 stable.

1. They should've made the connectivity toggle same as on 17. 2. I'm having a blank home screen. (I don't know if that's because i removed the widgets but it doesn't go away like on 17) 3. Kinda stutter when scrolling to add controls. 4. This would be for the developer, not all icons have dark mode, i wish they update their app to have all icons in dark mode. 5. Kinda miss the spot at the bottom, they should've let us use that gap, app can still fill that space. 6. Battery on my 13 draining fast just like in every release of major OS update and gets better in the next update. 7. I love that there's the apps in settings where they put all the apps inside it, no more long scroll. Still exploring this new update.
